🛠️ Ecart Pay Integration Guide for Prestashop

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Ecart Pay payment module for your Prestashop store.

1. Download the Ecart Pay Module

The first step is to download the module file from the Ecart Pay website.

Visit Ecart Pay: Go to the Ecart Pay website at ecartpay.com.
Go to Integrations: Navigate to the Integrations section.
Download Module: Find the Prestashop module and click Download to get the corresponding ZIP file.

2. Install the Module in Prestashop

Next, you will upload and install the module within your Prestashop dashboard.

Access Prestashop: Log in to your Prestashop account through the control panel.
Go to Module Manager:
- Go to the Modules menu.
- Select Module Manager (Administrador de módulos).
Upload Module:
- In the upper right section, click the Upload a module (Subir un módulo) button.
- Select the ZIP file you downloaded and click Open to begin the installation.

3. Configure the Module with API Keys

Once installed, you must configure the module by linking it to your Ecart Pay account using your API keys.

3.1 Access Configuration

After installation is complete, the Configure button will appear.
Click Configure to continue with the setup. The system will prompt you for a public key and a private key.

3.2 Retrieve API Keys

Open a new browser tab and return to ecartpay.com.
Log in to your account, or register if you do not have one.
Inside the Ecart Pay panel, look for Integrations in the left sidebar menu and select API.
Copy your Public Key and Private Key.

3.3 Save Keys in Prestashop

Paste the copied Public Key and Private Key into the corresponding fields within the Prestashop module configuration.
Click Save.

Your clients can now select Ecart Pay as a payment method when completing their purchase, offering a fast, secure, and reliable experience. You can manage all your payments directly from the EcartPay Dashboard.
